None of their products have been tested on animals, and almost all of them are vegan, without any ingredients derived from animals. Only two of their products, the leave-in mask and thermal protection, are not completely vegan, but they still uphold the veggie commitment by using animal-derived ingredients that are natural and obtained without causing harm to animals. All of their products contain natural ingredients and do not involve the killing of animals for obtaining ingredients. They are also cruelty-free, as they are not tested on animals. Additionally, Vegairoa products are environmentally responsible, being free of toxic components, biodegradable, made from organic crops, and recyclable.

The delivery time of your order may vary depending on the day you place it, where it is being shipped from, and also the delivery method you have chosen. Orders within the peninsula and Balearic Islands will be shipped by MRW and will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours unless a different delivery date is indicated. Orders for the Canary Islands and Ceuta are usually delivered within 5 to 10 days. The delivery time for orders to European countries after warehouse handling is 5 working days. Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped the same day (except in exceptional cases). Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next day. The delivery time for any shipment starts from the day the order is collected by our transportation agencies (not from the day the order was placed). Please remember that transportation companies do not make deliveries or pickups on weekends.

The shipping costs vary depending on three geographical zones: For the mainland of Spain and Portugal, shipping is completely free. Orders placed from the Balearic Islands have a shipping cost of 1.99 euros. For the rest of the municipalities in Spain and Portugal, including the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla, as well as both countries' territories (Canary Islands, Azores, and Madeira), the cost is 4.99 euros. For shipments to the rest of European countries, the shipping costs are 6.99 euros. For now, we only sell in European territory, so there are no considerations for intercontinental shipping costs.

If your order has arrived correctly and you still want to proceed with a return, you have 14 natural days from the receipt of the order. The necessary condition for the refund is that the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original packaging, it will undergo depreciation. After 14 days, Vegairoa Professional is not obliged to refund the item. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the item by email at info@vegairoaprofesional.com. The customer will be responsible for the return costs. Once the returned product reaches Vegairoa Professional, we will verify that it is in perfect condition and proceed with the refund of the product amount. VERY IMPORTANT: In returns, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In cases of defective items or wrong product shipment, Vegairoa Professional will cover the cost of the new shipment.
