Apply it on damp hair from mid-lengths to ends. Leave it on for a minimum of 6 to 10 minutes. Then, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Depending on your needs, you can combine it with No Yellow Plex shampoo or with a shampoo from the Vegairoa Repair Plex or Nutri Plex line.
